Lead the International Side of the Digital Wealth Revolution!

Internationally, ETF adoption is accelerating through savings plans, neo brokers and mobile first platforms.

State Street Investment Management is building a dedicated Direct Retail and Digital Wealth growth engine to embed our ETF capabilities directly into high growth ecosystems.

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead International Direct Retail Digital Wealth Partnerships with a mandate to secure long term strategic agreements across Europe and priority international markets.

This is a platform strategy role inside a global asset manager.

What You Will Do

  • Build Strategic Partnerships Across Europe
  • Identify the most structurally advantaged digital brokers and wealth platforms
  • Lead negotiations for white label ETFs, co branded ranges, savings plan integrations and model portfolio placements
  • Structure scalable revenue share and embedded distribution agreements
  • Secure long term preferred positioning within partner ecosystems
  • Align Institutional Scale with Fintech Growth
  • Translate platform product needs into ETF manufacturing capabilities
  • Anticipate regulatory and cross border complexity while maintaining deal momentum
  • Develop repeatable partnership models across multiple markets

Operate as a Senior Fintech Partner

  • Engage directly with founders, CEOs and product leaders
  • Build multi year commercial roadmaps
  • Represent SSIM in the digital wealth ecosystem internationally

Who You Are

  • 15 plus years experience in fintech partnerships, digital brokerage, asset management or platform strategy
  • Proven track record closing cross border, multi year distribution agreements
  • Deep understanding of European savings plan dynamics and ETF adoption trends
  • Commercially rigorous with strong negotiation capability
  • Comfortable operating between startup culture and global institutional structure
