Position Overview:

This role will primarily focus on the development and production management of plush, toys, apparel, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of licensed product development, excellent supply chain management skills, and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end development and production of plush, toys, apparel, and accessories
Collaborate closely with design teams to translate IP concepts into feasible product solutions
Manage supplier relationships, including factory evaluation, cost negotiation, and production timeline tracking
Ensure products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
Coordinate cross-functional communication with channels, marketing, and logistics teams
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely product delivery
Continuously optimize product cost structures to enhance competitiveness
Research market trends, new materials, and processes to drive product innovation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Product Design, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in toy, plush, or apparel/accessories product development and production; licensed product experience preferred
Familiarity with the entire product development cycle from design, prototyping, production to quality control
Strong supplier management and negotiation skills; experience with Asian supply chains is a plus
Knowledge of plush, toy’s GB standards and environmental regulations
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) as working languages
Willingness to travel as needed (primarily within China)
