The Job:

As the  Business Development Manager - National Construction Enterprise & Rental (m/w/d), you’ll be part of our **Construction & Rental Sales **team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Acquire new customers in strategic target markets, focusing on National Construction Enterprise and Rental sectors.
  • Independently manage and expand business with existing regional and national end customers.
  • Take commercial and strategic responsibility for your customer portfolio, including sales and margin targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our professional brands at the end customer level.
  • Sell power tools, hand tools, and storage solutions to large end customer companies via defined dealers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer applications.
  • Increase sales through comprehensive needs analysis and recommendations for product range expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic concepts to achieve listings in customers’ inventory management systems.
  • Organize and support regional and national events, including practical demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Plan and document all activities in Salesforce, while monitoring market trends and sharing competitive insights.

  • Experience in field sales, ideally in the construction and rental sector
  • Experience in managing and growing relationships with regional and national end customers in the construction and rental sectors
  • Ability to identify and acquire new customers while acting as a brand ambassador for professional tool brands
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and training, and providing expert advice to customers
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic concepts to expand product listings and increase sales
  • Willingness to collaborate with internal teams, organize events, and document activities in Salesforce while monitoring market trends
