原材料、機械加工品、製作部品、組立部品や製品について、欠陥、摩耗、仕様・基準・組立からの逸脱がないか検査・試験・サンプリング・記録を行う。図面、データ、マニュアル、その他の資料、実際の寸法仕様や規制要件を分析・解釈し、必要に応じて検査・試験手順、調整・認証方法、計算式、測定機器を用いて検査を実施する。顧客と連携し、是正措置や標準的な文書化手順、データブックパッケージ、品質計画に関する対応を行う。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任

①担当する生産・製造・その他の業務領域で品質管理のサポートを行う。

②定められたガイドラインに従い、さまざまな部品、アセンブリ、材料に対して重要かつ非定型の目視・寸法・機械的・機能的検査を実施する。

③受入材料、工程中の製品、完成品を検査し、図面や仕様への適合を確認する。

④目視検査や測定試験を実施し、不適合品の却下を文書化・報告する。

材料がISO／IATF要件に適合していることを確認する。

⑤ 標準手順に従い、検証・承認された材料や製品のみが最終目的地（顧客納品を含む）に到達することを確実にする。

⑥社内および顧客監査時に品質保証部門を支援する。

⑦政府、顧客、会社の基準に従い、検査記録や文書を管理する。
