The Role

So Fi is on a mission to help our members get their money right. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Member organization. This leader will be a catalyst for our consumer product suite, overseeing a portfolio of nascent and scaling initiatives that define how members interact with So Fi globally. You will be responsible for turning ambiguous spaces into exceptional, world-class products at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Strategy: Provide vision and direction for multiple strategic focus areas (AI, Loyalty, International) that impact the overall performance of the Department.

  • Lead through Leaders: Manage through other senior managers and directors to attract, develop, and export talent via deliberate coaching and succession planning.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Lead complex negotiations and strategic conversations with senior leadership and external stakeholders to forge alignment on high-impact decisions.

  • Operational Excellence: Make final decisions on implementation and ensure operational effectiveness across all member feature workstreams.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 12+ years of product management experience, including significant time in high-growth technology environments.

  • Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree: Required in a technical or analytical discipline, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Systems/Industrial Engineering.

  • Advanced Degree: MBA preferred

  • Technical Adeptness: Comprehensive understanding of overall company and competitive environments, specifically in Consumer AI, Platforms, or International expansion.

  • Proven Leadership: Exceptional track record of managing large-scale consumer platforms (millions of users) while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

  • Collaborative Influence: Ability to reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results in a highly regulated environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
