YOUR IMPACT
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping re-invent how wealth management services are distributed and consumed. You will join a team of creative and driven product managers to help build digital solutions to empower the client and advisor relationship. You will be responsible for writing specifications, managing project execution, performing user testing, and being laser focused on metrics for the features you bring to market. You will be able to collaborate across a broad cross-section of business partners to deliver a cohesive experience for our advisors and clients. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Develop products by analyzing market research and client or advisor insights, aligning on the vision, and executing.
- Collaborate with Advisors, Technology teams, Design, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and others.
- Further inform product decisions through analysis, user research, and experimentation
- Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
- Actively manage the product backlog and continuously account for emerging priorities.
- Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership)
- Ensure high-quality user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to develop and communicate product roadmaps.
- Represent Product Team in client engagements.
- Drive and prepare ROI driven business cases.
- Define and develop customer journeys.
- Stay close to industry trends and apply innovative concepts to the product as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall advisor and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment
- Bachelors’ degree required.
- Strong understanding of financial services.
- Ability to extrapolate business needs given a problem statement and a base understanding of the capabilities of available technologies.
- Top notch analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a focus on execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience with launching major new products, ideally in a commercial setting.
- Basic knowledge of product marketing concepts.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about solving customer problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills
