We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Gaming and Apps team in Paris! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue. The role includes supporting Snap’s sales partners globally across a range of activities from thinking strategically about how to tailor Snap’s products to a client’s unique needs to setting a campaign live to troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues as they arise.
What you'll do:

Provide account optimisation guidance to strategic advertising clients from Gaming and Apps category

Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimisations, and product beta participation
-
Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimisations to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities

Provide day to day operational support for partners, including managing ad rejection escalations, build audience engagement segments, trafficking ads using Snap’s internal tools and generating post-campaign reports

Contribute to monthly partner newsletter, combining updates from across the organisation into a single communication

Partner with Global Partnerships Lead to develop programs and initiatives to streamline sales partner operations, accelerate sales partner activities, increase advertiser awareness, and up-level sales partner expertise on Snap’s advertising platform

Identify, escalate and resolve client or partner issues, working with cross-functional teams as required

Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, Coupon Generations and clearly communicate policies to Sales Partners

Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree or equivalent
-
3+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on app performance, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with attention to detail
-
Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
-
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership

Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of digital marketing landscape of App gaming and Real Money gaming market would be a plus

Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
-
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
-
Ability to summarise insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers.

Experience in managing and enabling advertising sales partners
-
Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments

Background working with both internal and external partners
