We are looking for a Product Designer who can effectively translate complex problems into a clear, thoughtful experience. You will work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions while growing your craft, judgement, and product understanding.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive in owning and driving end-to-end design work, eager to always learn, and excited to deepen their impact within a collaborative team.

In your first 3 months, you will:
- Contribute as a core designer in 1-2 product groups
- Develop close partnerships with Product and Engineering
- Rapidly prototype designs for validation and iterate based on peer and user feedback
- Conduct user research with guidance, helping translate insights into design decisions
- Actively participate in critiques clearly communicate design rationale and tradeoffs
In your first 6 months, you will:

Own design execution for projects from concept through delivery

Present your work at structured reviews with design leadership

Build a strong understanding of Smart Recruiters and identify innovation opportunities

Contribute to the design system and push other design initiatives forward in the greater organization by actively sharing best practices, work-in-progress, and lessons learned

3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile
-
A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
-
Experience contributing to end-to-end design work from discovery to delivery

Familiarity with user research methods and ability to incorporate feedback effectively into design decisions with a clear point of view

Ability to design beyond the happy path, considering edge cases and more

Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers

Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially with presenting work

Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment
Nice to have:
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Exposure to HR technology or complex enterprise workflows
