We're looking for a Working Student to join our EMEA Central Sales Operations team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment while contributing to real business outcomes. You'll support our team with data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks while learning how a high-growth technology company operates.

What You'll Do:

  • Support pipeline and forecast reporting by gathering data, and helping prepare insights for leadership reviews
  • Assist with data quality and account management tasks, including validating account information and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Help prepare presentations and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews and other team meetings
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects and support the team with day-to-day operational tasks

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Good working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data visualization and AI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Available to work 20 hours per week
  • Previous work experience in Sales Operations, Finance roles is a plus
