The Solution Sales Executive for Technology Workflows drives the success of Service Now’s IT Operations Management, Asset Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, which use AI to optimize workflows and boost business outcomes.

All solutions are delivered through the Service Now AI Platform to proactively manage high-impact work by uniting AI, data, and workflows on a single cloud platform

What you get to do in this role:

The Solution Sales Executive advances strategy and drives wins in technology Workflow solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Create and manage a regional technology strategy to better align with industry, support target accounts, and drive business growth.

· Align territory strategy and account planning recommendations with Now Value principles.

· Provide input to field Account Executives (AE) during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations.

· Support customers to envision the value of AI adoption, digital transformation and support development of strategy by collaborating with customers, account teams and partners.

· Interlock between Account Executives (AE), Solution Consultants (SC) & Specialist Consultants (SSC) to jointly position and sell value driven solutions to our customers.

· Coach extended teams including AEs, Account Development Rep’s (ADRs) and Partner Managers with foundational knowledge on technology solutions to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.

· Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.

· Deliver and celebrate success.

· This role is based in Norway.

· In this role you will be supporting our Norwegian based customers with our direct sales teams.

· You will be part of an EMEA North (Benelux & Nordics) technology workflows team.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7+ years knowledge in creating, leading and closing solutions sales opportunities.

  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/customer service role.

  • Understanding of business sales processes in enterprise size organizations.

  • Experience in the financial sector, public, manufacturing and retail industries.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline

  • Consultative selling skills towards Service Now teams, partners and customers

  • Ability to travel 30-50%
