The Role:
Sales Support Admin (German Bilingual) The role provides essential operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of sales activities.
The role focuses on coordinating internal processes, managing documentation, and enabling the sales force to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.
What will you do?

Admin Support

Plan and organize customer events

Sample orders for customers + Documents

Order IT & work equipment Pre Sales Support
-
Project preparation (Value Chain player, competitor, etc.)

Project coordination & distribution
-
Coordinate special conditions with Offer in advance
-
Value contracts PriceFX/CPQ
-
Send value contracts to customers
-
Manual intervention: offers to tendering
-
Follow up on unapproved value contracts, expedite process Post Sales Support
-
Assist in managing complaints / returns from GH
-
Clarify delivery dates or try to expedite them
-
Check claims (debit notes, clarification items, MDF)
-
Send mass emails to customers in coordination with sales.

Who would be successful?
-
Native German speaker is a plus.

At least German B2
Level: in Language Assessment.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (equivalent for foreign candidates)
-
Must possess excellent skills in listening, expression and interrelationships.

Demonstrate ability to understand and explain technical information.

Willing to work mid shift schedule.
