What will you do?

• Provide Level 1 (L1) application support for Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments platforms.
• Basic Knowledge on KOMGO - Trade Finance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, including domestic and cross-border transactions, payment file processing, and approval workflows.
• Support basic treasury operations such as cash management,liquidity tracking, and bank connectivity.
• Analyze and resolve issues by reviewing application logs, error messages, and integration points.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth payment and treasury operations.
• Assist in onboarding new payment formats and connectivity protocols (SFTP/API).

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• 2-3 years of experience in application support, preferably in banking, treasury, or payments environments.
• Working knowledge of:
• Technical Skills

: - Experience as anend user of Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments is a strong advantage for L1 support.
