Senior Manufacturing Production Professional Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and drive excellence in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities!
We are seeking a Senior Professional to lead critical production processes, strengthen operational technology (OT) cybersecurity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What will you do: Lead specialized areas of manufacturing processes including process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, and performance optimization Drive OT Cybersecurity initiatives to protect manufacturing infrastructure and enhance plant cyber resilience Manage production activities to meet quality standards, schedules, and cost targets while minimizing waste Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across production operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation Apply strong knowledge of metal-mechanical transformation processes such as punching, cutting, welding, painting, and related fabrication activities Utilize project management methodologies to plan, coordinate, and execute complex manufacturing and cybersecurity initiatives What will make you successful: Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing production processes and plant operations More than 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical transformation processes (punching, cutting, welding, painting, etc.) Strong background in OT Cybersecurity and industrial infrastructure protection Proven experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production optimization Project management experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives Advanced English proficiency for professional communication Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields Excellence in stakeholder management and communication What’s in it for you: Opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing excellence and cybersecurity Lead innovative projects that drive operational transformation Development of expertise across multiple manufacturing disciplines A collaborative environment that fosters professional growth Direct impact on critical business operations and strategic initiatives Let us learn about you!
