Job Description: L3 Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Analysis Centre (TEX) team, focused on Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and Controlgear products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in busway products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis on customer-returned busways.
- Coordinate product returns to the TEX Centre in collaboration with field service teams across geographies.
- Analyze customer issues using technical drawings, control circuit diagrams, and application logic.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports to global teams.
- Identify customer pain points and provide actionable solutions through technical analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Continuous Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support demanding application segments such as Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Navy, and Cloud infrastructure.
- Represent Schneider Electric's values by transforming challenging situations into opportunities and building long-term customer trust.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Qualifications Requirements
Technical education in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Hands-on experience in dismantling and assembling LV products.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Effective team player with collaborative behavior in a multicultural environment.
- Digitally savvy and fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a relevant technical role.
Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is highly desirable.
