JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE Coupa Senior Consultant Seeking a skilled Procurement Technology Specialist with hands on expertise in Coupa and across Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier/SRM.

  • Candidate must possess strong functional configuration, API + ERP integration experience, and solid procurement domain knowledge. REASON OF BEING – MISSION

  • Learn Coupa and Understand the SE Indirect Procurement business process / core model

  • Play an important role in deployment of Coupa and manage its solution integration with ERPs .

  • Requires primary expertise in procurement module of SAP (SAP MM)/Oracle

  • Knowledge of REST/JSON APIs, SOAP,SFTP file transfers

  • Work with SE Business and Schneider Digital Leaders AREAS OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform Coupa configuration based on global core model & to address local requirements

  • Requiring experience between 2 to 4 years in SAP MM module and experience in Coupa is good to have.

  • Understand Coupa Business Requirements and the design of Coupa developed for Schneider Electric

  • Manage Coupa solution to integrate with ERPs by leveraging prior expertise in SAP procurement Modules. (SAP MM)

  • Knowledge of REST/JSON APIs, SOAP,SFTP file transfers

  • Work with E2E Architects & Platform Owner and support their mission for the Program Deployment.

  • Support Large User Community (target of 50000 Users) for the Day-to-Day issues and resolve then within SLA

  • Perform Coupa Release Testing, Report the issues and resolve the problems

  • Prepare and deliver the Maintenance documentation, update the configuration workbook periodically

  • Manage LEAP Application data maintenance and support E2E Data Architect
