Be part of an exciting journey in manufacturing excellence! We're looking for an Upstream Planning Leader in our** El Paso, TX, **location.

What will you do:

  • Orchestrate upstream supplier flows while managing forecasts and logistics terms to enhance supply chain performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply and stock management parameters, including replenishment lead times, quantities, and stocking policies
  • Coordinate material requirements planning, procurement, and inventory control processes
  • Manage end-to-end material flows from suppliers to workshop and finished goods distribution
  • Forecasting and Develping processes

What will make you successful:

  • Proven track record in manufacturing materials procurement and supply chain logistics
  • Strong expertise in materials requirements planning and inventory control systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and optimize supply chain performance
  • Excellence in production scheduling and capacity planning
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Strong maintenance of info records
  • Lead improvement projects

This Job might be for you if:

  • Preferred Degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Supply Chain Planning
  • Experience with SAP
  • Presentation Skills
  • Leadership role in shaping and implementing supply chain strategies
