Principal Responsibilities:
-Setup and be fully responsible for the overall P&L for Asia Pacific Rental Service Business
-Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy for Rental Service, aligning with organizational goals and market trends
-Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of business opportunities, build up and explore customer relationship, grow the customer base and establish strategic partnership with key accounts to realize sustainable growth
-Drive the development of innovative commercializing programs to create awareness and demand for Rental Service.
-Develop and implement effective sales enablement initiatives, including training programs and tools, to empower the sales team and enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
-Responsible for setting up and developing the direction and coaching to the Asia pacific Rental team
-Thrive for the operational excellence to deliver increased customer satisfaction and productivity
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Trane Technologies to leverage synergies and improve the profitability of Trane Rental Services

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
-Minimum of 10 years of P&L leadership experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning, preferably within the HVAC or rental services industry.
-Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving successful business outcomes.
-Strong business acumen and market understanding; ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
-Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
-Demonstrated ability to build and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry players.
-Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
-Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer meetings and strategic initiatives.
