- The Offer Lead
- Spare Parts (Secure Power) is the strategic owner responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, profitability, and commercial success of the spare parts offer within the Services Line of Business (LoB).
This role ensures seamless integration with the core product roadmap and drives continuous improvement based on performance and Country/ customer feedback. 🔑
Key Responsibilities and Duties The Offer Lead will execute the following core responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap & Planning: Define the spare parts roadmap based on the product/equipment release plans, ensuring alignment of service strategy with core product development timelines.
Product-to-Service Handover: Manage the official handover process for spare parts responsibility from the Product Line of Business (LoB) to the Services LoB upon new product introduction. 3.
Commercialization & Release Coordination: Coordinate release planning and country engagement with Commercial teams to ensure successful, synchronized global launch and availability of the spare parts offer.
Change Management Ownership: Own and drive the change management process for spare parts, including managing substitutions, replacements, and other technical or logistical updates throughout the offer's lifecycle.
Performance & Improvement: Monitor offer performance, gather customer feedback (CSAT, field reports), and use data analysis to drive continuous improvement in offer quality, availability, and documentation.
Portfolio Optimization & Withdrawal: Execute the offer withdrawal based on portfolio optimization, End-of-Life (EOL) strategy, and defined service transition plans. 🚀
Key Deliverables Success in this role will be measured by the creation and maintenance of the following critical outputs:
Spare Parts Release Plan (per product/equipment): The master plan detailing spare part availability targets synchronized with product releases.
Country Launch Readiness Checklist: Documentation certifying that countries are commercially ready (stock, documentation, training) to sell and service the new spares offer.
Change Management Logs: A comprehensive record tracking all processed spare parts change requests (e.g., replacements, updates) and their implementation status.
Offer Performance Dashboards: Tools and reports providing visibility into key offer KPIs (financials, availability, lead times).
Spares Withdrawal Plan: A formalized plan for the controlled, end-of-life discontinuation of spare parts, including final buy quantities and customer communication. 📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The performance of the Offer Lead will be primarily evaluated based on the following metrics:
KPI Category Metric Focus Release Execution 95% of spare parts launched on time with product release Measures roadmap adherence and effective handover.
Commercial Readiness 100% of countries ready at launch (with stock, documentation, training) Measures effective coordination and commercial preparation.
