Location: Hosur What will you do:
- q Coordinate Calendar of Service Department.
q Coordinate After Sales Cases/Incidents under warranty / No warranty.
q Coordinate Training Program of Technicians Certification.
q Coordinate and Lead Spare Part Policy (Master Database, Project offer and after sales support)
q Coordinate L3 - Expert Support of LOB Customer Care Center.
q Services Department Reporting.
- Digitization
q Services Department Financial control.
q Coordinate LOB Service Support with Country/Regional Services Organizations.
q Handover of projects from LOB to Country Local Services Departments.
What will make you successful:
- q English minimum B2.
q Microsoft Office package.
q Able to develop and lead presentations and meetings.
q Skill in tools to organize documentation and plan tasks and resources.
q Skills to digitize and automate department reporting. (excel, Share Point, power BI,...)
q Customer oriented.
q Autonomous and decision maker.
q Good performance working under pressure.
q Hard work capacity.
q Effective Reporting.
q Valuable Electrical knowledge
q Valuable monitoring/computers knowledge.
