The Manager, Cloud Hosting is responsible for managing hosting team that is responsible for all compute infrastructure globally (onprem AWS) at Pall Corporation.
- This position reports to the Sr Director
- ERP & Hosting and is part of the Infrastructure Hosting team located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for IT Infrastructure Architecture, including:

Cloud Hosting (Amazon AWS)
-
Enterprise Windows Management (Active Directory, Operating Systems)
-
Identity and Access Management (MIM, Sail Point)
-
Database Architecture and Management (Relational and Non-Relational)
-
Single Sign-On Technologies
-
Virtualization Platforms (primarily Hyper-V)
-
Architect and maintain a secure, scalable, and integrated computing environment that aligns with the diverse needs of global business units.

Deliver and optimize computing services across a hybrid infrastructure, combining Hyper-V and AWS cloud environments. Drive automation initiatives to streamline infrastructure provisioning, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.

Champion enterprise-wide adoption of cloud-native practices, promoting strategies that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs—such as OS abstraction, right-sized capacity planning, global caching, and environment simplification.

Own the build and deployment lifecycle, implementing solutions that significantly reduce build, deploy, and rollback times while minimizing risk and ensuring system stability.

Lead the transformation toward a modern, scalable, and highly available service-based architecture, incorporating robust disaster recovery capabilities for mission-critical applications.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Long standing experience in IT infrastructure, including 7 years of hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services for platform hosting and management.
- Proven experience with Hyper-V virtualization technologies.

Demonstrated success as a people leader, with a track record of managing complex infrastructure environments within global organizations.

Ability to build and lead high-performing, world-class teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of cloud architecture, security frameworks, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data privacy, and compliance controls.

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).

Strong background in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and enterprise-level configuration management.
Delivery & Execution:
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale services in AWS public cloud and enterprise Windows environments.
- Experience leading remote and distributed teams, with a focus on enabling productivity, collaboration, and innovation across geographies.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach to prioritization.
- Skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts, crafting compelling narratives, and establishing credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional)
- AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator
- AWS Certified Security specialty
