Join our dynamic team as an Application Architecture Engineer and shape the future of our software solutions!

We're seeking a talented professional to drive innovation and excellence in designing robust, scalable applications that make a real impact.

What will you do: Ecosystem Architecture: Design and maintain the interconnected fabric of our Agile suite, including Jira, Confluence, Figma, and i Obeya.

You will ensure these tools aren't just "silos" but a unified platform for requirements, UX, tracking, and visual management.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with global Agile Coaches and RTEs to translate complex Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Scrum frameworks into practical tool configurations.

You'll be the "go-to" expert for setting up new Value Streams and Release Trains.

Process Engineering & Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in the SDLC.

You will suggest and implement integrations (e.g., Jira-Figma sync, automated risk reporting) to make the process "invisible" to the developer.

Performance Insights: Define and implement metrics (DORA, Flow Metrics, etc.) within our tools to monitor team health and delivery performance, identifying gaps before they become blockers. AI Transformation: Proactively explore how AI (e.g., LLMs for auto-generating requirements, AI-driven defect clustering) can be embedded into our Agile tools to boost productivity.

Continuous Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve.

You will evaluate modern Agile practices and tool updates to ensure our company stays at the forefront of the industry.

What will make you successful: Experience: 6–10 years of experience in Agile project management, Tool Administration, or a Developer

Experience: role within a large-scale enterprise.

Global Context: Proven track record of working across time zones and cultures, specifically collaborating with stakeholders in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Personality Traits: Who You Are

The Connector:

You enjoy breaking down silos and bringing people from different disciplines together.

The Pragmatist:

You love Agile, but you value "people and interactions over processes and tools." You make tools work for the people, not the other way around.

The Future-Thinker: You are naturally curious about AI and automation.

You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and propose a solution.

The Communicator:

You can explain a complex Jira workflow to a designer and a UX concept to a Release Train Engineer with equal clarity.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in SAFe (e.g., SPC or RTE) or Jira Administration are highly preferred Let us learn about you!
