Role Overview
The Director of Strategic Sourcing Marketing and Corporate Services leads a team at the forefront of a data-driven sourcing organization. This leader drives high-impact strategies across services, marketing, customer success, and the physical supply chain—delivering measurable enterprise value through commercial excellence, automation, and insight. Partnering across the 3rd party ecosystem, this role enables speed, innovation, and enterprise scale. Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, this leader partners across Intuit’s 3rd party ecosystem to deliver enterprise value in a digitally advanced, data-driven environment. The category scope includes Media, Agency, Events, Content Production, Facilities, Professional Services, Contingent Labor and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Own category strategy and execution for services, media & marketing, customer success operations, and physical supply chain to include Media, Agency, Events, Content Production, Facilities, Professional Services, Contingent Labor and Benefits..
- Design data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality, and innovation.
- Negotiate complex, global agreements focused on total value, not just cost.
- Use analytics and automation to enhance visibility and decision speed.
- Serve as trusted commercial advisor to senior leaders across Marketing, Customer Success, Corporate services, and Finance.
- Align sourcing strategies to enterprise goals for growth and margin.
- Develop organizational and team member capabilities, particularly in category management and strategic sourcing processes.
- Define and implement process improvements that increase employee experiences, reduce cycle time and deliver efficiency gains and outsized impact, while ensuring compliance with policies and mitigating supplier risk.
- Manage and optimize strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and accountability.
- Lead a high-performing team recognized for innovation and commercial excellence.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience; 5+ in management.
- Success in large-scale, enterprise initiatives across services, marketing, and customer success.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing for Marketing and Services categories at a global scale and within a fast paced, and dynamic organization is required
- Outstanding ability to collaborate with business partners and teams in defining and implementing category strategies at scale.
- Solid leadership skills and demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, develop and retain outstanding strategic sourcing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and complex negotiation experience.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.
