We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Performance Associate (1 year - contract) to join our Global Brand Performance and Research team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will help measure and track brand performance across countries and business units, analyze data to uncover trends and insights, and provide competitive intelligence to evaluate the impact of our marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for early-career talents passionate about marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to contribute to enhancing Schneider Electric's global brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze brand performance across digital channels and markets to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dynamic dashboards and reports that communicate key brand and marketing metrics to global and regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, zones, and business units to align on priorities and deliver actionable insights.
- Translate data and research findings into strategic recommendations that strengthen brand positioning.
- Contribute to market research and competitive intelligence initiatives to better understand customer perceptions, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Support marketing automation and audience segmentation through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Drive innovation by staying current on emerging trends in brand management, digital marketing, and AI/ML applications for performance optimization.
- Transform complex data into clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that influence decision-making.

Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Qualtrics, or Medallia is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability in English, with the capability to story-tell with data
- High learning agility, curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward adopting new tools and technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions in a global organization.
- Familiarity with generative AI or large language models (LLMs) for data analysis, reporting, or insight communication is an advantage.
