Responsabilités

  • Contribuer à la définition puis à la tenue de la stratégie comptable, fiscale et financière de l'Algérie
  • Proposer les politiques et objectifs adéquats
  • Coordonner avec Accounting Competency Center pour la tenue de la comptabilité de la filiale
  • Assurer une cohérence du périmètre financier avec ses homologues dans les entités du Groupe, en respect des normes du Groupe et de la réglementation locale
  • Reporting financier de la filiale et tenue de comptabilité dans les outils et les règles définies par le Groupe
  • Piloter les coûts et veiller à ce qu'ils restent alignés avec les objectifs financiers de l'entreprise
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires à la communication financière
  • Veiller à la conformité aux procédures financières du Groupe, rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures relevant du périmètre comptable et financier
  • Superviser et garantir la fiabilité de la comptabilité générale et analytique, notamment l'organisation, les traitements et les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles dans le respect des normes comptables
  • Préparer, contrôler et superviser la remise des déclarations légales (G50, Déclaration des prix de Transfert, déclarations sociales)
  • Se prononcer sur les choix fiscaux spécifiques en concertation avec les commissaires aux comptes
  • Être le vis-à-vis des commissaires aux comptes, des cabinets fiscaux et de tenue de comptabilité, des Accounting Shared Services, ainsi que les partenaires bancaires (sur les sujets relatifs aux états financiers)
  • Collaboration avec les différents départements en interne concernant la remontée et la communication des informations financières

Qualifications

  • Bac+4 Finance-comptabilité
  • Expérience en audit (souhaitée)
  • Anglais courant (professionnel)
  • À partir de 6 ans d'expérience
