Key Account Manager OEM/Process OEM
We are looking for an experienced OEM sales engineer who is passionate about innovative solutions to join our Industry team. You will be part of the sales team that works with our clients, with primary responsibility for all of Norway, within industry and aquaculture. You will contribute your technical insight to sales and consulting for OEMs by promoting the entire range of products, from machine solutions to our IIoT platform and digital services. You will work closely with our product managers and application design engineers, who will assist you with technical resources while you will be responsible for highlighting the value of the solution as a trusted advisor to your customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customers to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
- Lead the entire process from customer mapping to negotiation and follow-up.
- Champion industry transformation toward smarter, safer, and more energy-efficient facilities.
- Work both strategically and hands-on to develop a business area with significant potential, in close collaboration with dedicated colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and management to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
- Ensure effective marketing plans, secure relevant volumes, and optimize margins for sustainable success.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the industrial sector, ideally with expertise in selling:Control systems (SCADA/PLS)
- Motor controls (servo solutions and frequency converters)
- Instrumentation
- Strong professional competence-whether gained through vocational training and practical experience or academic education.
- Relationship-driven and proactive, thriving in close collaboration with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to follow customers and projects through to completion, ensuring availability and providing sound advice.
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
