What will you do?
This position is accountable for transportation segments solutions. Develops strategies and
schedules to meet the goals and objectives. Responsible for providing ongoing support to high
value clients. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and
identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts specially in digital transformation field and
software business
Your Role

- Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans.
- Defines markets, market potentials and appropriate sales strategies for the area.
- Partners with customers to plan strategies and provide technical and commercial support
necessary for attainment of customer's goals and objectives. - Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies.
- Formulates, communicates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Maintains active relationships with Schneider Electric customers. Negotiates discrepancies
between customer's expectations and SE's. - Assists staff in dealing with specific target audiences such as end user and contractors .
- Negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product team
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving customer needs.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry innovations.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: University Msc/Bsc Electrical Engineering.
- Language requirements:
- Fluent in English
- French language will be valuable
- Experience: Four to five years of experience in software sales, service or consultation.
