We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in this fast-paced industry.

Job Purpose

As the Head of Sales in the MX division, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Samsung’s mobile products. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key partners, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mobile market and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals for Samsung’s MX division.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.

  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and carriers to drive sales growth.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the mobile or consumer electronics industry.

  • Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
