Position Summary

As Online Marketing Team Lead within our E-store, you are fully accountable for driving online performance. This role is built around results. You translate commercial and category strategy into measurable digital outcomes and take ownership of performance across all owned and paid channels. You operate in a fast-paced environment where data, prioritization and execution quality determine success.

Role and Responsibilities

How you make a difference As Online Marketing Team Lead, you ensure that commercial plans deliver tangible results in the e Store. You steer on data, performance metrics and ROI to maximize traffic, conversion and efficiency, keeping performance at the center of every decision, even in a complex stakeholder environment with ongoing input from HQ.

You are responsible for the end-to-end online marketing execution of your category within the e Store, operating with a clear performance-first mindset. You translate commercial and category plans into scalable digital activation across all owned and paid channels. You lead a team of Online Marketing Specialists and work closely with Paid Media, CRM, Affiliate and On Site Execution teams to drive channel performance. You actively manage priorities, execution quality and delivery based on data and commercial impact, while holding full budget responsibility, including forecasting, performance tracking and financial results.

Together with the other Online Content Lead, you ensure a high-performing, conversion-driven and consistent online experience across samsung.com, the app, the business portal and closed partner portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate commercial and category plans into performance-driven online marketing execution.

  • Drive traffic, conversion, efficiency and ROI across owned and paid channels.

  • Lead, coach and develop the Online Marketing team with a strong focus on output and results.

  • Set priorities based on data, performance insights and commercial impact.

  • Own and manage the full Paid Media budget, including forecasting and financial performance.

  • Ensure strong alignment with Paid Media and CRM Leads to maximize channel activation.

  • Monitor, analyze and optimize performance using data and dashboards.

  • Act as a strong performance-driven stakeholder toward internal teams, HQ and senior management.

Your team As Online Marketing Team Lead, you are part of the E-store Online Marketing team. The team consists of two Team Leads and six Online Marketing Specialists. You are responsible for the performance, development and delivery of your part of the team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

What are your assets

As our new Go-to-Market Team Lead, you combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills. You maintain a clear helicopter view, set the right priorities, and confidently lead a team in a complex, fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and constructively, enabling alignment and ownership across stakeholders.

You bring solid project management experience, work in a structured and detail-oriented way, and enjoy improving processes to make them scalable and effective. With a problem-solving mindset, you facilitate focused alignment sessions that drive clear decisions and strong collaboration.

We also request:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent HBO level through experience.

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in performance-driven online marketing within an e Commerce environment.

  • Strong understanding of owned and paid channel ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated experience with budget management and financial planning.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, CRM systems and Power BI.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
