ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join the Product Marketing Team in various capacities, including Product Marketing Operations, Content Strategy, Technical, Go-To Market and Global Event Strategy.

You will work closely with our broader marketing team to support the coordination and execution of budgets for marketing programs, analyze team performance of key KPIs, support strategic planning and projects, assist with the creation of team communications, and team development programs. Your contribution will support the overall success of the #1 AI-powered integration and agent platform in the market. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in product marketing and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and innovative company.

YOUR IMPACT:** You will support the Product Marketing team by taking on the following responsibilities:**

Product Marketing Operations Intern:

  • Assist in the development and execution of AI-driven product marketing strategies and strategic planning.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging AI adoption trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather performance insights.

  • Support the planning and execution of key projects.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Support the coordination and execution of budgets for marketing programs.

  • Assist with the creation of team communications.

  • Support team development programs.

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

  • Drive process improvements and AI-driven workflows to help drive efficiency and productivity across the Mule Soft Marketing team

Product Marketing Content Strategy Intern:

  • Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies and planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback.

  • Support the planning and execution of key content projects.

  • Lead the tracking of content projects, ensuring they are delivered on time.

  • Support the tracking of vendor spend by project, sharing responsibility for monitoring ROI.

  • Assist with the creation of team communications.

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, as needed.

Product Marketing Global Event Strategy Intern:

  • Assist in the development and execution of AI-focused product marketing strategies and planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, insights, and metrics.

  • Support the planning and execution of key global events.

  • Lead the tracking of events, ensuring they are delivered on time and resourced appropriately.

  • Support the tracking of vendor spend by project, sharing responsibility for monitoring ROI.

  • Assist with the creation of team communications.

  • Build and manage our global Event-in-a-Box deliverables.

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, as needed.

Product Marketing Technical Inte rn:

  • Assist in the development and execution of technical product marketing strategies and planning

  • Assist with creating compelling technical demos and storylines pertaining to AI & agent technologies

  • Support product launch activities with technical materials

  • Support ongoing GTM activities with demos, positioning, how-to-guides

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and execute planned acivities

  • Explore & use AI-tools to streamline technical marketing deliverables

  • Provide general support to technical marketing team, as needed

Product Marketing Go-To Market Intern:

  • Assist with Customer Win Stories and Web Stories to accelerate global deal cycles

  • Develop baseline research and content for Industry & Solution Use Cases to support vertical-specific selling

  • Assist with content and messaging alignment for the joint Informatica "Data Foundations" growth motion

  • Support the end-to-end execution of the monthly Product Pulse series to ensure field competency on new innovations.

  • Coordinate GTM assets for disbursement across international teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Junior/Rising Senior (December 2026/May 2027 grad date) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across a broad range of cross-functional marketing stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work across multiple projects.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the technology/SaaS industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with market research and marketing principles is a plus.

  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing is a plus.
