Riftbound Project Coordinator provides execution and coordination support throughout the art production and outsourcing pipeline. This role works closely with the Art Director and the Art Outsourcing Manager to ensure accurate communication, efficient feedback delivery, and smooth collaboration with external art vendors. Its core responsibility is process support, clarity of communication, and reliable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Art Production Communication & Feedback Coordination

Collect, organize, and deliver art feedback from internal teams

Ensure feedback is clear, structured, and actionable before sending to external vendors

Follow up with vendors to confirm understanding and implementation status

Collect revised assets and route them back to internal teams for review
Asset & Process Management

Organize, name, version, and archive art assets according to established standards
-
Ensure files are properly uploaded, shared, and synced across teams
-
Document production notes, feedback history, and key follow-up items
-
Support cross-functional information flow related to art production milestones
Production-Related Administrative Support

Assist in preparing meeting materials and capturing meeting notes

Track production-related action items and support follow-up as needed

Provide general coordination and execution support for art production activities
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Art, Design, Animation, or related fields

1 year of experience in art production, project coordination, or outsourcing support
-
Strong communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
-
Ability to follow established workflows and support production schedules
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Basic understanding of art production pipelines (2D, 3D, UI, Illustration, or similar)
-
Ability to interpret feedback and help structure it into actionable tasks
-
Familiarity with collaboration and file management tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, Excel, Adobe Suite)
-
Proficient written and spoken English
