Develop sourcing strategy, drive material cost reduction and supplier base optimization to yield the best cost and quality for the assigned commodity.

Major Responsibilities：

• Negotiate the terms and contracts for the assigned commodity to drive the best in term of total cost of ownership for the company.
• Manage localization and supplier resource project to achieve PPV target.
• Responsible for RFQ, follow up sampling and FAI until mass production.
• Participate in the VAVE activities to drive material cost reduction.
• Participate in the supplier audit activities to secure a capable supplier base regarding quality, delivery, code of conduct, risk and environment.
• Communicate requests and assure expedient and reliable corrective action from the supplier if a problem or failure occurs that is relevant to the Supplier’s product. This includes working closely with other departments company internally and supplier externally.
• Implement ongoing supplier management process and drive continuous Improvement.
• Collaborate with QA Personnel, R&D and other departments as required.
  Other tasks may be assigned by the company or managers.
