We are looking for a Product Visual Designer to support Riftbound. This role requires strong graphic design fundamentals and focuses on layout systems, localized print production files, production documentation, and direct vendor collaboration. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce and support localized, print-ready files and ensure they are successfully executed by vendors through proofing and production.
Responsibilities:

Produce and support region-specific, print-ready production files, working directly with vendors through proofing and production to ensure accurate execution

Apply strong design judgment to layout systems, executing, customizing, and maintaining templates and standards to support scalable production

Implement localized layouts across SKUs, identifying layout or production risks and surfacing issues early

Create and maintain production and process-related graphic documentation, including specs, diagrams, and guidelines

Diagnose and support print production issues, including alignment, bleed, trim, color accuracy, and special printing processes
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in print-focused graphic design, production design, or a closely related field

Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout systems, information hierarchy, and visual consistency

Demonstrated ability to design and customize layout systems, standards, templates, and production guidelines, not just execute existing ones

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) for print and production workflows

Hands-on experience collaborating with vendors through proofing, revisions, and production
-
Solid understanding of print production workflows, including bleed, trim, tolerances, color management, and file handoff
-
Ability to diagnose production issues and propose practical, execution-ready solutions

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in high-pressure production environments

Knowledge of League of Legends IP
