This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform network assessments to ensure readiness of the customer infrastructure for Ring Central Unified Communication services.

  • Support the direct sales force by providing the technical content and validation of proposals.

  • Make recommendations for improvement of network delivery processes.

  • Proactively look for methods to improve the efficiency and reliability of the customer infrastructure.

  • Support the customer with their end-to-end plans including designs i.e. LANs/WANs

  • Assist in the development and Concept of Operations documents, requirements documents, design documents and drawings.

  • Make recommendations to support the installation, configuration, maintenance of customer environments.

  • Maintain secure networking environments based on industry best practice security standards.

  • Handle escalations and assign appropriate resources

  • Develop, implement, and provide monitoring and improvement for our network delivery processes.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years experience within the data networking industry.

  • 2+ years of professional services consulting/pre-sales.

  • Experience with Sonic Wall, Cisco ASA, and other enterprise grade firewall preferred.

  • Industry related certifications including; Current CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Current Industry Network Certifications

  • Current knowledge of Cloud communications as well as associated networking products, tools and services.

  • Unified Communications background with a focus on Cloud communications.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications are essential to include Visio, Excel & PowerPoint.
