Job Description & Requirements:

• Provide technical support and advice to Special Process Technicians on new programs, process recipes and/or ongoing program enhancements in special process area. Develop and conduct tests to enhance manufacturing processes and provide technical support to resolve technical issues. Assist Special Process Manager in the setting up of new special process lines.

Job Description:

Responsibilities Establish new recipes/processes for new program/parts, conduct supplier audits, develop and maintain manufacturing operation level job instruction sheets, and inspection procedures.

Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.

Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.

Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback.

Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.

Provide guidance and training to other Special Process Engineers.

Provide process, tooling and gaging plan for all special process.

Work with vendors to support our outsource activities.

Maintain and keep heat treat and plating masters up to date.

Lead continuous improvement projects.

Initiate and Lead Core Problem Solving (CPS) activities.
