This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in office in Coppell, TX, a suburb of Dallas.
JOB SUMMARY
The PGP Title Assistant Commercial Escrow Officer provides centralized operational, coordination, and administrative support to the Company’s national escrow and title teams, including title officers, escrow officers, and regional leadership supporting commercial and builder transactions.
This role is designed to support day‑to‑day execution, consistency, and communication across the PGP Title platform by coordinating workflows, standardizing administrative processes, and reducing friction for production teams. The Assistant Commercial Escrow Officer plays a critical role in enabling scalable growth by helping ensure national transactions, builder relationships, and internal initiatives are supported with structure, organization, and visibility.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership, Escrow & Title Team Support

Provide direct administrative and operational support to leadership as well as escrow officers and title officers supporting the Land and Commercial Services Team

Assist with coordination of complex or high‑volume transactions by tracking key milestones, documentation flow, and internal handoffs.

Help ensure consistency in administrative processes across national escrow and title teams.

Serve as a point of coordination for questions, updates, and internal requests related to national title transactions.
Operational Coordination

Support national transaction workflows by assisting with scheduling, documentation tracking, and internal communication.

Coordinate with underwriting, legal, compliance, and operations teams to support transaction execution and issue resolution.

Help organize and maintain transaction‑related documentation, reference materials, and process guides.

Assist with preparation and organization of materials related to audits, quality control, and post‑close reviews.
Builder & National Account Support

Help maintain organized records of national accounts, transaction activity, and internal points of contact.

Assist with preparation of executive presentations, reports, and internal communications related to national title operations and sales initiatives.

Assist production teams with administrative needs tied to builder programs and recurring transaction models.
Process & Standardization Support

Assist leadership and production teams with maintaining and updating standard templates, forms, and administrative tools used across escrow and title.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication, and streamline administrative workflows.

Support implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and initiatives impacting escrow and title teams.
Reporting & Information Management

Assist with compiling operational data, transaction activity summaries, and internal reports used by leadership and production teams.

Help ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization of information used for decision‑making and planning.

Maintain shared trackers, dashboards, or reporting tools related to national escrow and title activity.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Licensing required as required by State/Federal Agencies

Notary Public license as required by State

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in title, escrow, real estate operations, or related administrative support roles.

Experience supporting production teams in a transactional, deadline‑driven environment.

Familiarity with escrow and title processes, documentation, or transaction workflows preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
