We are seeking a Production Frontline Manager (Grains) to lead operations on our Afternoon Shift (02:30pm–10:30pm/ Weekdays).

This role balances floor-based leadership and administrative duties, driving operational performance while promoting strong team engagement, clear communication and efficient day-to-day operations.
