Responsibilities The Opportunity Jr.
Content Designer role is a specialist position focused on print, digital, or motion content materials design. A successful candidate must have a proficient understanding and functional capability with software used to create graphics and designs from scratch, as well as the ability to edit and manipulate creative assets.
They will be responsible for developing and producing production ready graphics.
Additionally, the Jr.
Brand Content Designer must be able to follow creative processes and produce various materials with full consistency.
The Jr.
Content Designer is also responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets within our brand portfolio to meet customer and consumer needs.
Your Impact As Jr.
Content Designer your functions would consist of:

Participate in brainstorming and concept development in a supporting role

Design low complexity projects from scratch.

Use editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for internal Marketing use

Assist in creating design materials (graphics, assets, photo retouching, mockups, etc.)

Execute design adaptations based on existing Key Visuals or Brand Guidelines to create Digital Ads, POS or other touchpoints.
-
Deliver simple print artworks when needed.
-
Act as a brand guardian by following brand guidelines closely.

Be detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized while responding to quick requests.

Learning and apply feedback to improve designs.

Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, etc.).

Strong creative portfolio, available online or as a PDF.

Proficiency both in English.

Basic knowledge of print design.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design, Blender and After Affects is considered a plus.

1 year experience working with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments is a plus.
