Overview The Delivery Supervisor contributes to the success of Pepsi Co Beverages Canada by ensuring PBC products are delivered to all customers in a pre-determined territory.

This individual is responsible for cultivating a strong team environment, motivating the Delivery Drivers to provide superior marketplace execution and customer service while achieving PBC delivery objectives.

What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Compensation: $56,700-$92,400 CAD Responsibilities Coach and lead a team of Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers on delivery, display execution, merchandising standards, rotation, keep back room clean and organize, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries are achieved Conduct audits in the trade each week to ensure performance targets for merchandising standards, point-of-sale material and product rotation standards Ensure accounts are delivered 100 per cent as scheduled Work closely with PBC Sales department to ensure effective service and all instructions are executed; racks, point-of-sale; displays, etc.

Follow up and resolved all customer issues, within PBC standards Ensure the delivery organization is fully staffed and trained Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative  Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Demonstrated analytical skills  Strong communication and presentation skills required Consumer Products experience in a direct store delivery environment is a plus Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite Previous experience with fact-based direct selling an asset  Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle Why work at Pepsi Co At Pepsi Co, you’re invited to be a part of a global team of innovators who make, move, and sell these products—which are enjoyed by more than 1 billion people a day.
