Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical and visionary Senior Product Manager to join us and lead AI-related efforts to tackle risk and fraud at Pay Pal.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for a large and complex product area. You'll define the product strategy and roadmap, driving innovation and growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, technical and data acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Job Description:

You'll directly impact the business by leading the development and execution of product strategies for a significant product area related to fraud prevention, driving innovation and growth. Your ability to influence stakeholders and drive team alignment will be essential to our success.

Your day-to-day:

• Lead product strategy: Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant product area focused on risk and fraud prevention.

• Manage a product portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of products or features, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

• Drive innovation: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, conducting market research and user analysis to validate ideas.

• Influence stakeholders: Effectively communicate and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders - across Risk, Engineering, Data Science and others - to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.

• Drive product adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICAITONS

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in risk, regulatory, compliance, or fintech domains.

• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels, including business and technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Experience in AI/ML, Data or Data Analytics - especially as a product manager.

• Technical understanding of AI technologies, including but not limited to MLOps, feature development, LLMs or agentic AI.
