About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Director to own the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring our Salesforce platform capabilities drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong platform product management experience with exceptional storytelling skills and a deep understanding of go-to-market execution and sales enablement. You will unify the product narrative across stakeholders, ensuring alignment from strategy through customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce platform

Translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions.

Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue potential, and operational efficiency.

Partner with engineering and architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Go-to-Market Leadership

Own go-to-market strategy for new Salesforce platform features, enhancements, and internal capabilities.

Define positioning, target segments, and value propositions.

Partner with marketing to develop launch plans, messaging frameworks, and campaign enablement.

Collaborate with revenue teams to align product launches with pipeline and growth goals.

Measure and optimize adoption, usage, and business outcomes post-launch.
Sales Enablement
-
Equip sales and customer-facing teams with the tools and insights needed to effectively position Salesforce-driven solutions.

Develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, value narratives, and competitive positioning materials.

Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps in messaging or product understanding.
-
Conduct training sessions and ongoing enablement to drive confidence and consistency in field messaging.

Support strategic deals by providing product expertise and solution framing.
Narrative Unification
-
Develop and maintain a clear, cohesive product narrative that connects platform capabilities to customer and business outcomes.

Align messaging across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership.
-
Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, outcome-driven stories.
-
Ensure consistency between roadmap priorities, executive communications, and customer-facing materials.

Serve as the central voice of the Salesforce platform strategy across the organization.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Gather requirements from internal users, leadership, and customers.

Facilitate roadmap alignment across multiple business units.

Drive executive updates on product progress, adoption metrics, and strategic impact.
Performance & Optimization
-
Define KPIs and success metrics tied to revenue growth, productivity, customer experience, and platform adoption.

Monitor platform health, usage, and ROI.
-
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation within Salesforce.
Qualifications
-
5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platforms.
-
Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (certifications a plus).

Proven experience leading go-to-market initiatives.
-
Demonstrated success in sales enablement and cross-functional alignment.
-
Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
-
Ability to translate technical architecture into business value.

Experience working in agile environments.
-
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience with Salesforce integrations, data strategy, and automation tools.

Familiarity with Rev Ops, Customer Experience, or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market GTM motions.

Background in SaaS, consulting, or high-growth technology environments.
