Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the VP, Communications, and the Media Relations department, including creating press coverage reports, coordinating travel and talent itineraries, calendar management, etc.
Coordinate press copy, program information, and show storylines for approval and distribution.
Perform special projects and research as needed.
Assist at special events.
Filing invoices, tracking budgets and completing expense reports.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of entertainment or publicity experience (internships included)
Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Additional Qualifications:

Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Must have extensive knowledge of computer word processing and social media.
Must be able to navigate the internet for research and interactive applications and possess intuition and instincts to use new and emerging media platforms with a high level of proficiency.
Must have exemplary communication and organizational skills.
PC proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Hiring Salary Range: $40,000.00 - 55,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
