Our Global Operations Center of Excellence at Paramount drives operational excellence across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Facilities, Security, and Order to Cash and related functions.

We are now seeking a Manager, e Sourcing to support the deployment of e Sourcing strategies across multiple categories. You will lead the execution of sourcing events, develop tools and templates and be a subject matter expert to improve the value of e Sourcing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and driving e Sourcing strategies—including reverse auctions—in partnership with category leaders and the e Sourcing Director,

  • Delivering e Sourcing events across categories, including requirements gathering, strategy development, RFP structuring, and supplier enablement,

  • Measuring and reporting progress against e Sourcing goals and critical metrics,

  • Crafting and maintaining e Sourcing criteria, templates, and toolkits to support both ongoing business and new initiatives,

  • Monitoring adherence to e Sourcing standards and coaching teams on best practices and tool usage,

  • Operating as a subject matter expert on e Sourcing platforms, trends, and leading practices,

  • Partner with sourcing analysts and category leads to identify, convert, and track e Sourcing opportunities

  • Communicating and reinforcing rules of engagement for the e Sourcing COE, including process governance and compliance,

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed e Sourcing into broader sourcing and procurement strategies,

  • Communicating e Sourcing results, impact, and success stories to stakeholders,

  • Providing regular updates to leadership on program performance, adoption, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement operations,

  • Extensive hands-on experience with e Sourcing tools, including RFPs and auctions,

  • Proficiency in sourcing solutions,

  • Strong understanding of vendor management practices,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field,

  • Proven ability to develop and scale e Sourcing strategies across an enterprise.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry,

  • Demonstrated success supporting end-to-end sourcing projects,

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to interpret specifications and make sound business decisions,

  • Strategic thinker with effective time management and organizational skills,

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.
