Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical, results-driven Senior Ad Operations Manager to architect and scale our global Ad Ops ecosystem. As the primary technical lead, you will optimize core business processes, provide critical data-driven insights, and ensure operational consistency to support hyper-growth within the Digital Marketing team. You will serve as the foundational expert in ad technology, responsible for the end-to-end technical execution, testing, trafficking, and reporting of all programmatic and direct-buy campaigns, leveraging the Google Marketing Platform to ensure operational excellence and high-quality performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own the global daily operations within the Google Ad Server (CM360/GAM), Facebook, and Demandbase, acting as the final authority on campaign setup and targeting.
- Spearhead the technical QA process for all ad creative (static, rich media, video, and third-party tags) to ensure they meet specification standards and function flawlessly.
- Own the execution and QA of ad serving across all publisher websites, managing UTM, Google CLID, and tracking mechanisms to ensure comprehensive data capture.
- Serve as the principal technical liaison for resolving complex ad-serving, tracking, and reporting discrepancies with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
- Maintain the organization's master ad tags and tracking pixels, ensuring seamless integration with various media channels.
- Partner with 3rd party data providers (e.g., Demandbase, Live Ramp) to ensure precise and relevant targeting architecture.
- Lead the technical onboarding and setup of new ad-tech vendors, ensuring seamless integration with the existing advertising stack.
- Document and implement scalable best practices for campaign trafficking and naming conventions to reduce human error and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or Master's degree with 8 years of experience or PhD with 5 years of experience in Ad Operations or Ad Technology.

Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and/or Google Ad Manager (GAM).

Deep understanding of HTML, JavaScript, rich media formats, VAST/VPAID for video, and global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently under high-pressure deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Expert proficiency in DV360, SA360, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).

Familiarity with DSPs like Demandbase, The Trade Desk, or Adobe Advertising Cloud.

Experience with reporting from web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation Disclosure:
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$167,000.00 - $270,500.00/yr
