- To stay ahead of the curve, it's critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate the changes we're facing. For the fastest-growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks and the products and services that proactively address them. Our Product Management team helps us do just that. This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our Systems Engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in and helping to implement technical solutions based on our clients' feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager for Cortex Cloud Identity Security, you will be at the forefront of protecting organizations' identities across multi-cloud and SaaS environments. You will own the product lifecycle for a critical security solution that eliminates privilege escalation risks, the most exploited attack vector in the cloud. This role requires you to design, build, and ship industry-defining products by translating customer needs into an actionable roadmap and collaborating closely with engineering to deliver it.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from gathering customer feedback and prioritizing features to writing product requirements and delivering the roadmap with engineering.
- Lead and grow core pillars within Cortex Cloud Identity Security by introducing innovative and disruptive solutions.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with all organizational functions, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product success.
- Develop a deep understanding of cloud and identity security practitioners' needs and use cases to inform product strategy.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to support existing customers, identify common user problems, and successfully launch new solutions.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, simplifying complex data to drive decisions.
- Challenge the status quo by curiously and positively exploring new approaches to solve complex identity security challenges.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in product management with a proven technical background in a development or research role.
-
3+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, specifically with enterprise-class products.

Deep understanding of identity security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS environments.

BS/MS in Computer Science, Other engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience required

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), or related security domains.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the full product lifecycle and deliver disruptive, innovative solutions.
