Summary:
In this high‑impact role in the Americas Sales Operations team, you will deliver critical operational support—including reporting, data analysis, performance metrics, and best‑practice guidance—to our regional Sales Organization. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, field teams, Customers, and cross‑functional groups across Global, Regional, and Corporate Sales Operations and Business Line/Support functions.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, results‑driven, deeply analytical, and committed to excellence, with strong business acumen, executive‑level communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership. You will play a key role in enabling NXP and the region’s commercial success, owning our ISR (Inside Sales Rep) function for America and supporting our Disty Sales Operations.
Job Requirements/ Responsibilities:
- Support the regional Sales and Sales Leadership teams while partnering broadly across the organization—including Finance, Supply Chain, Business Operations—and with external Customers. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions to drive optimal outcomes.
- ISR (inside sales rep) will be a primary responsibility, expected to be 40-50% of your time and Disty Sales Operations will fill out the rest of your time. A strong understanding of the role of Distribution in the Mass Market is essential. The core mission is to remove obstacles for Sales and enable them to focus on securing new design wins that maximize revenue and align with company processes and goals to drive frontline effectiveness. This will require clear communication and oversight as registrations are moved between regions (example from the AMR team to the China team.)
- You will be involved in daily, weekly, and quarterly analytics and reporting such as revenue, resales, inventory, and/or design wins. Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and strong business acumen desired.
- Work with large, complex datasets and determine efficient methods to build, update, and structure data for accurate, timely reporting. The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights is critical.
- Gather and consolidate information such as revenue and design forecasts, market insights, and other business priorities. Strong communication skills are required, along with a commitment to continuously improving processes to ensure high‑quality inputs and outputs while minimizing disruption to the field.
- While some processes follow regular cycles, each day brings new challenges. You will own key business activities while also being encouraged to grow your capabilities and pursue continuous improvement through thoughtful experimentation and data‑supported decision‑making.
- Sales Operations sits at the strategic core of the company. As a Senior Analyst you will become the subject‑matter expert, and operate with broad direction and strong ownership, collaborating closely with leadership to deliver high‑quality results
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or Master’s in business operations preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, supply chain, services, or sales, with strong business and industry acumen. You are recognized as an expert in your current field with a record of success, and you want the opportunity to learn and expand your skillset and relationships as you build that same expertise in the ISR and Disty Sales Operations role.
- Highly data‑driven with strong attention to detail; able to translate complex data and concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders through written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment—both in-person and virtual. Strong problem‑solving mindset preferred.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or Model N.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
