In this role, you will lead the structural test methodology and execution plan for next-generation boards and systems, specializing in high-speed structural test methods, test fixture solutions, vendor management, and team leadership. What you will be doing:

Oversee the production of structural test plans with functional teams, guiding processes from design and development through validation and implementation.

Define new structural test methodologies for advanced test features.

Coordinate technical aspects of test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.

Manage relationships with structural test tester providers and fixture houses.
What we need to see:
-
Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.

8 overall years of structural test experience with 3 years of management experience.

Extensive expertise in structural test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 2, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 3.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
