Primary Responsibilities

• Management, design, and oversight of the Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) subunits of Regulatory Agency Inspections, Laboratory Quality
• Representation of Global Quality functions in employee induction and training, client interactions, and functioning as a bridge to connect CRG APAC and China Operations across functions and business units to relevant Global Quality support teams
• Development and execution of compliance strategies and establishment of quality and compliance standards within and across QAC business units
• Assurance that all quality systems are in place and appropriate to meet business area clients and regulatory expectations
• Assistance in business development activities obtaining additional contracts by writing and reviewing proposals, making presentations to potential clients and representing the department at appropriate professional meetings and conferences
