-
Own pipeline data quality and integrity across CRM and analytics platforms by designing and maintaining robust validation workflows.
-
Build and implement AI-powered workflows that automate recurring analysis, reporting, and operational tasks, enabling the team to focus on high-impact strategy.
-
Deliver strategic insights by conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover forecast drivers, pipeline trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
-
Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks by driving scalable process improvements that increase efficiency and decision velocity.
-
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT to align forecasting data, systems, and business processes.
What We Need To See:
-
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or Financial Analysis within a technology or high-growth environment.
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
-
Proficiency in SQL expertise, with hands-on experience querying and redefining large datasets in platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data environments.
-
Consistent track record to break down complex business challenges — such as diagnosing forecast gaps — into clear, data-driven insights and root causes.
-
Strong executive interpersonal skills, with experience presenting analytical findings to sales and finance leaders.
-
Proven success leading early-stage AI transformations with autonomy and sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
-
High operational standards with a track record of reliably owning and improving recurring business workflows.
-
Solid understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including pipeline and opportunity data structures.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
-
Experience in Python for data manipulation, scripting, or extending analytical workflows. Familiar with AI coding assistants, LLMs, or agentic AI tools to improve business processes and efficiency.
-
MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
-
Background in enterprise B2B demand forecasting, revenue planning, or advanced sales analytics.
-
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Hands-on experience with Databricks or other modern cloud data platforms.
