We, the Windows DevOps & Test Labs (WDTL) team, are looking for a Senior System Software Engineer. As part of this you will be working on crafting/implementing automation tools/tests infrastructure which helps to deliver high quality Nvidia driver to end users. Work with a team of highly qualified engineers whose mission is to achieve the best possible results for the current and future generations of graphics hardware. Do you have a real passion for setting up automation systems to achieve good results? If so, this could be an excellent opportunity for us to work together!
What you'll be doing:

-
Support the bringing up of newer windows releases, identifying and resolving issues with new Windows operating systems early in the cycle, collaborating with partners for successful implementation.
-
Improve automated monitoring systems to supervise the status of critical systems and dependencies, respond to alerts, and drive resolution while working with other teams.
-
Analyze large datasets to derive insights and build visualizations, redefining raw data into a usable format for developers.
-
Collaborate with internal DirectX developers to identify and implement features in automation that help them quickly debug and isolate issues.
-
Understand existing infrastructure, debug issues in current frameworks, and identify performance bottlenecks, improving efficiency through new technology integration.
-
Develop, deploy, and sustain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment, ensuring flawless integration with development teams.
What we need to see:
-
B.Tech or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with background in algorithms/data structures and capacity to multitask optimally in a dynamic environment.
-
Confirmed experience as a developer includes at least 4 years of proficiency in application development using C#, Java, or another programming language. You should also have exposure to at least one scripting language such as Python, Perl, or PHP.
-
Experience with databases and SQL, along with proven understanding of source control systems and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
-
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with management and engineering teams.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Experience in constructing durable backend automation systems, with applied experience working alongside databases and implementing visualization interfaces on platforms such as Grafana or Kibana.
-
Familiarity with time series databases, MongoDB, and similar technologies.
-
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers of technology. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unprecedented growth, our exclusive engineering teams are rapidly growing.
