NVIDIA is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for NVIDIA Consumer products within the DACH and Benelux territories. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the regional marketing strategy for some of NVIDIA’s biggest business units including Ge Force desktop and laptop products. Leading a team of talented Brand, PR, Community and Partner Marketing Managers all based in our Munich office, you will develop strategic and tactical integrated marketing plans aligned to our global objectives that grow the business within the region. You will develop close relationships with games publishers and build co-marketing plans that align NVIDIA products with the world’s biggest game titles. And you will work with hardware partners such as OEMs and System Builders to generate awareness and sales for their NVIDIA based products. Owning both the above and below the line strategy you will also develop tactical plans to develop our reseller channels including working with the leading Retailers and Etailers in the region utilising our MDF programs. The ideal candidate will have a broad mix of commercial, creative and team leadership skills and be able to run complex projects that involve matrixed partners internally within NVIDIA and across multiple key partner accounts. They will have a good understanding of how to plan and implement marketing campaigns for consumer products, preferably within the PC Gaming industry, using the latest digital marketing tools. They will be dynamic and highly motivated, demonstrating great passion for NVIDIA. And they will have a good commercial understanding of how to achieve sales growth through partner marketing with OEMs, System Builders, Retailers and Etailers.
What you’ll be doing:

Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan and go-to-market strategies for NVIDIA consumer products within DACH and Benelux
-
Work closely with internal and external partners to build quarterly marketing plans that support our consumer business units including Ge Force Desktop and Laptop, SHIELD, G-Sync and Ge Force Now
-
Develop extraordinary integrated digital marketing campaigns that include advertising, promotions, social, community and PR/influencer activities that raise awareness of NVIDIA products and technologies within the region and drive consumers through the sales funnel

Align your regional marketing team with other internal partners, including the sales teams and marketing services teams to deliver integrated marketing plans that meet NVIDIA corporate campaign objectives

Lead the regional marketing budgets and quarterly budget planning, execution and reporting process within the region
-
Lead, encourage and support the Central Europe consumer regional marketing team including talented PR or equivalent experience, Community & Social, Brand and Partner Marketing Managers

Define and run the regional channel marketing strategy including co-marketing with OEMs, System Builders, Retailers and Etailers including Marketing Development Fund programs for key partners

Analyse and report on local market trends, opportunities for growth and competitive threats
-
Lead and develop marketing relationships with key partners within the NVIDIA PC gaming ecosystem including games publishers and partners that bring NVIDIA technologies to market
What we need to see:
-
A minimum of 8 years’ marketing management experience within the consumer electronics or entertainment business
-
Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
-
Consistent track record of delivering marketing plans that deliver revenue growth for extraordinary consumer brands and product categories
-
A good understanding of the DACH and Benelux PC Gaming channel, ideally with strong relationships within key OEMs, Etailers and Retailers
-
Shown success at leading a multi-disciplined marketing team with the ability to inspire and lead within a fast-moving environment
-
Broad expertise in a wide variety of marketing tactics including events, channel marketing, influencer and pr, sales promotions and advertising
-
Proven marketing leadership experience with ability to work at a face pace across multiple projects
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Previous experience of owning regional marketing strategy for global entertainment or consumer products brands

Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
-
Strong OEM and/or Retail and/or game publisher relationships
-
Available to work from our Munich office on a weekly basis and travel on a regular basis
-
German speaking would be beneficial
